Alright, I know Hobo says it’s a “wristlet” but I count this as a clutch as well.  Here’s my favorite clutch that I own myself and love.  The supple leather is soft to the touch and comfortable without looking worn or beat-up.  The Hobo Zoe Wristlet is great because the wrist strap keeps it safe and secure from theft and accidental drops, while being long enough to slide a but up your bent arm to tuck under your arm. As always with Hobo, the inner pockets are flawlessly lined and uniquely matched with a contrasting fabric.  There is an interior zipper and card, bill and cell phone pockets as well with some extra space for a few other necessary items.  This is a perfect clutch that will go with the casual and dressed up you, while being functional all the way through. This green is great to bring you into fall, but there are also other fabulous colors to pick from as well.

Hello! Hello! Being new to the handbag blog scene, I thought the best way for people to get to know me was to do something a little similar to Oprah’s Favorite Things show and share some of my favorite handbags.

To start things off..I’ve had mine for a while..but I’ve been noticing them more and more lately, the lovely Lonchamp “Le Pliage” (don’t ask me to pronounce that) Tote Bag. I’ve got this exact bag and it is one of the best and durable casual bags to have around.  I’ve been traveling overseas a lot lately and this is the perfect bag to have.  It fits all the necessary travel documents, a light shawl to wear on the airplane, my favorite Jane Austen novel, and the ziploc full of 3oz toiletries in its nylon lined shell.  The inner pocket at the top is also a great place to keep things separate so they don’t get lost in the shuffle.  And before I forget to mention, it folds up into an approx 5″x4″ square, so when you are stuck on British Airlines with two carry-ons that you have to compress to one, you’ll be able to do it with a snap of a button. I liked the leather top flap because it’s the extra bit of safety from pickpocket hands and it’s a great contrast to the color of the tote.   Plus..with all the great colors to choose from you might as well get a couple in various sizes.  I know I plan to.

So..if you don’t have one yet..get one, it’s never too late.  These bags have been around for just about as long as this 60 year old French company, and they will never go out of style..anywhere..in the world.
