Remember back in the day when Abercrombie & Fitch was just becoming popular and they had those warm-up pants with the stripes down the outside of the leg pant?  I always (and sadly..) still want a pair of those pants from way back when.  Unfortunately, they no longer sell ‘em and I was always too short to wear them right.

Well..this L.A.M.B Music Rocksteady Tote is my homage to those A&F pants.  Gwen Stefani hits the mark with the Rocksteady tote by making it both hip and young without being juvenile. The red or brown bring the age group who would buy this bag up from teen to trendy twenties and up and the striped front is what reminded me of my wished for long ago A&F pants.  I adore the alternating color pattern and the strips of leather that add extra texture and variety to the bag. And as always, I pay attention to the lining, striped theme is consistent and cool, which makes the inner zippered pocket stand out nicely.  Lastly, that tassel attached straps detailed with the small metal squares..a perfect touch.

While I wouldn’t recommend you rock the L.A.M.B Music Rocksteady tote with the warm-ups I loved (if you still have them), I’d they they would pretty much go with any everyday outfit you’d want and it’d store everything from your IPOD nano to the pair of Aritzia mittens you might be carrying around religiously like me since the chilly weather has come with a fury.
